Job Summary / Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provides technical and administrative support in the implementation of Government Internship Program (GIP);
  • Assists the GIP focal in the nationwide monitoring of the program including coordination with regions and consolidation/validation of reports (quarterly, annual, etc);
  • Assists in the formulation of Work and Financial Plan and Targets;
  • Prepares correspondences and other documents vital for the program;
  • Evaluates and prepares draft endorsement letters to the Financial and Management Service (FMS) regarding the requests/project proposal for the implementation of the GIP;
