PhilJobNet is an internet-based job and applicant matching system which aims to fast track jobseekers search for jobs and employers search for manpower. lt provides jobseekers with a listing of job vacancies posted by accredited employers and manpower recruitment agencies. The system provides a facility to search for jobs through an online job matching and referral system, and the provision of timely, relevant and readily accessible labor market information (LMI) at least cost to users. It also serves as the one of the government’s main source of LMI.
The Bureau of Local Employment monitors and evaluates the implementation of the PhilJobNet and recommends measures for improvement. The Department of Labor and Employment – Regional/Field Offices evaluate and validate documentary requirements submitted by companies interested in using the PhilJobNet. The Public Employment Service Offices (PESOs) encode profile of walk-in job applicants in PESO Employment Information System (PEIS), and provide job search assistance, referral, and/or other appropriate employment facilitation service.

Requirements:
Jobseekers
- Filipino citizen either natural, naturalized or dual citizen with residential address in the Philippines;
- 18 years of age and above (working age)
Employers
Primary – BIR Form 2303 Certificate of Registration or Certificate of Tax Exemption, if tax exempted; and
Secondary – depending on the type business:
- Private
- Direct Hire – Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) Registration for single proprietorship; Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) Registration for partnership or corporation; or Cooperative Development Authority (CDA) Certificate for Cooperative
- Private Employment Agency (PEA) – valid DOLE issued License as (PEA) conducting local recruitment and placement
