In view of the impact of the Covid 19 pandemic that posed restrictions in the conduct of  job and business fairs, the Bureau of Local Employment welcomes you to the Trabaho Negosyo Kabuhayan (TNK) webpage! This webpage serves as your on-line platform  initially  designed  to provide employment opportunities and entrepreneurial options  to all types of jobseekers including returning OFWs, K-12 graduates, persons with disabilities, and senior citizens. Other TNK features that may be availed are lectures/seminars conducted by Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE), Department of Trade and Industry (DTI), and other participating agencies, skills training opportunities from Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA), and facilitation/issuance of government documentary services.

TNK is an initiative between DOLE and DTI which aims to create decent jobs through the promotion of entrepreneurship.  In line with the Philippine Development Plan (PDP) 2017-2022, this partnership envisioned to reduce inequality by accelerating human capital development through the TNK initiative.  Since its conception in 2017, TNK have been successfully conducted in the local setting in cooperation with the Public Employment Service Offices (PESOs) and other government agencies.
